This is a a non refundable deposit for a half or whole side of pork.
The deposit will be deducted from the final total. The meat will be $8.00 a lb plus processing fees from the processor. These fees include harvest as well as smoking and curing. Harvest date is mid September with a turn around end of September early October for pork to be received by the customer.
